Clinic Study Of Wei Wei Fu Yuan Tang Treating CAG Of The Type Of Both Of Asthenia And Sthenia Syndrome

ObjectiveThrough clinical cases observation for the curing of Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) by using WeiWeiFuYuanTang and WeiFuChun Pill. And inquiry for the results for the purpose of providing academic basis for a wider application of WeiWeiFuYuanTang to cure IBS (DT).MethodDivided 53 medical outpatient randomly into the WeiWeiFuYuanTang treatment group and the WeiFuChun control group , in the WeiWeiFuYuanTang treatment group , 32 patients taking WeiWeiFuYuanTang orally two times per day with 200ml each time. In the WeiFuChun control group, 21 patients taking WeiFuChun Pill orally three times per day with 4 pills each time . two groups stopped using other interrelated treatment medicines and were observed for one period of treatment (three months per treatment).ResultAmong the 32 patients in the WeiWeiFuYuanTang treatment group , 3 clinically cured, 15 cases with obvious curative effect, 12cases with effect, 2 cases without effect, total effective rate 93.33%. the 21 patients in the WeiFuChun control group, 2 clinically cured, 4 cases with obvious curative effect, 9cases with effect, 6 cases without effect, total effective rate 71. 43%. There is a marked difference (P<0. 05), by comparing the total effective rates between the two groups.In the treatment group , the clinically cured and obvious curative effect about 81. 25%through the gastroscope check, glandular organ atrophia in the stomachus mucosa improved with the clinically cured and obvious curative effect about 81.25 % through patho- inspect. Intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia improved with the clinically cured and obvious curative effect about 38. 10% through patho- inspect.In thecontrol group, the clinically cured and obvious curative effect about 52. 38%through the gastroscope check, glandular organ atrophia in the stomachus mucosa improved with the clinically cured and obvious curative effect aboutl9. 05% through patho- inspect. Intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia improved with the clinically cured and obvious curative effect about 18. 75% through patho- inspect.
