| Objective: To evaluate the preliminary clinical results of surgery for aortoiliac occlusive disease. Methods: The clinical data of 29 patients with aortoiliac occlusive disease treated by surgery were analyzed retrospectively.20 patients treated by bypass, 4 patients treated by interventional treatment and 5 patients treated by bypass and interventional treatment. Results: 27 patients recovered or improved, with mortality 3.4% (1 case) and various complications 20.7% (6 cases), 1 case suffered from amputation. Follow-up time from 8-30 months, the patency rate of bypass was 90% and interventional treatment or interventional treatment combined bypass was 100%. Conclusion: Comprehensive therapy should be adopted to the condition of patient and the feature of disease. The therapy of interventional treatment combined bypass can reduce the complications. |
