Until now Rhodiola sachalinensis has been applied in clinic, For raising its medicine to use the result,the exaltation quality control,in this disquisition Establishing the Quality Criterion About Rhodiola sachalinensis,For overall, science, availably its quality to establish theories foundation. In this thesis includes two parts that establishing the quality criterion and researching fingerprints atlas:一,Establish the quality criterion:We make some physics and chemistry experimentize on Rhodiola sachalinensis from different habitat. For example moisture,ash component,heavy metal etc. Make sure with Salidroside and P-T-yrosol is index of quantitative analysis , obtain many data by other methods and technologies to determine both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Thereby establish the Quality Criterion About Rhodiola sachalinensis.二,Research Fingerprints Atlas : During the Research Fingerprints Atlas,via choose chromatogram column,mobile phase,wave length,temperature of the column etc, after researched we get fingerprints atlas of exclusive property,characteristic,stability and reproduction.The research result of this thesis,it is provide feasible measure for controled quality of herb,also fill up vacancy that quality criterion about Rhodiola sachalinensis.
