| The chronic renal insufficiency (CRI) is the serious stage of chronic kidney disease. Kidney disease caused by a variety of reasons for the sustained development of a common outcome. Chronic renal failure is a common disease,and it is a serious threat to people's lives and health. In recent years, the incidence of the disease has risen dramatically. According the static report of U.S kideney association on the kideney desease ,the amount of Chronic renal insufficiency patients rise from 219255 to 361031 during 1991-1997. Chronic renal failure incidence rates differ from country to country and region, the United States has 1,000 people per million population; European 400 per million population; Japan 800 per million population. It is estimated that worldwide dialysis because of chronic renal insufficiency patients has reached 10 million. Treatment costs quite shocking. Only 1995 for example, the treatment of renal failure patients as high as 13 billion U.S. dollars; Europe to nine billion U.S. dollars; Japan seven billion U.S. dollars. In China, Beijing reported an incidence rate of 96 people per million population, the incidence is no precise statistics, It was estimated at 100-300 per millions of people. The treatment of the disease by the medical profession increasingly concerned.Modern medical treatment is symptomatic treatment of chronic renal insufficiency, also not a good way to slow down the progress of renal failure patients. Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency really unique role that could retard the progress of renal failure. It improves the complications of the disease so as to improving the development process, thereby improving the quality of life of patients, and the treatmentcosts are lower. The main purpose of this paper is to make an experemental study on how the Yishenjianpi solid form improves chronic renal insufficiency.In the experimental, 48 healthy male Wistar rats were divided into four groups :nomal control group (I), model group (II),oxyamylitectus aldehydum group (III), the traditional medicine treated group (iv), each 12 ,to intraperitoneal injection of adenine to make a model : Adenine-150mg/kg.d intraperitoneally injected seven days. After the success of the model created, Chinese Medicines group to 1 ml daily fed, oxyamylitectus aldehydum group to 0.5mg Oxystarch lavage. Other groups were given equal normal saline gavage. Continuous administration 35 days. In the eye artery blood test 14 days, all the rats were sacrificed 42 days test, abdominal aortic blood and kidney pathological examination. Renal blood intake (Scr), blood rheology (BHV, BLV PV), plasma proteins, Detection lymphocyte and blood cells, and to compare the changes in each group .Test results showed that :â‘ Yishen Jianpi solid table drinking can improve renal function,and comparing with the pathology and oxyamylitectus aldehydum group, there are significant differences P <0.05, comparing with the normal control group statistics,it also has a statistical significance.â‘¡Yishen Jianpi solid form drinking can improve plasma protein erythrocyte count, P <0.05 compared before and after treatment, P <0.05 compared with control group, were significantly different.â‘¢Yishen Jianpi solid table drinking in rats with chronic renal failure can improve blood clotting. After the treatment, drinking rats indicators in the blood rheology (BHV, BLV, PV) have dropped significantly, statistically 0.05, a significant difference.â‘£Yishen Jianpi solid form drinking can improve the immune cells in rats and stronger rats immunity.Although the number of lymphocytes of medicine group is different(p<0.05) compared with the normal group, but with the aldehyde group or pathological group, and wrap a certain effect (p>0.05). Data analysis shows : Yishen Jianpi solid form drinkig can improve rats lymphatic, improving immunity. Using these experimental data , Yishen Jianpi decoction can improve renal function in patients with chronic renal insufficiency. And it can to some extent increase the number of red blood cells in rats, increase the number of lymphocytes and plasma total protein in rats and improve blood clotting. These Chinese herbs can reduce blood viscosity, blood rheology of erythrocytes, platelet aggregation decreased.
