Study On The Immunity Effect Of Rabies Vaccine(Vero Cell) Without Adjuvant AL

With the development of economy and scientific technology in our countries, we are now facing an important topic on how to develop a safe, efficient, stable and economic Rabies Vaccine for Human use.The Rabies Vaccine for Human Use, which is used extensively in the market, prolongs the time that is needed for the neutralizing antibody to come into being because of the delaying effect of adjuvant AL in human body. On the contrast, the Rabies Vaccine for human use without Adjuvant AL can produce neutralizing antibody much earlier in human body, which can solve this problem and safeguard the efficiency for the people to use the medicine.This article focuses the following several researches:1. Efficiency experiments using three groups of Rabies Vaccine for Human Use with Adjuvant AL and three groups of Rabies Vaccine for Human Use without Adjuvant AL respectively (NIH);2. Lymphocyte transformation experiments using three groups of Rabies Vaccine for Human Use with Adjuvant AL and three groups of Rabies Vaccine for Human Use without Adjuvant AL respectively; 3. RFFIT using three groups of Rabies Vaccine for Human Use with Adjuvant AL and three groups of Rabies Vaccine for Human Use without Adjuvant AL respectively.The study result demonstrates that the neutralizing antibody can be produced earlier in the body of mice, which are immune to Rabies Vaccine for Human Use without Adjuvant AL. This study result provides a new idea on how to improve the immunity effect after the human body is exposed to outside world and solve the problem of delaying effect of adjuvant AL in human body, which can give an earlier protection on human body and provide an adequate theoretical basis for extensive use of Rabies Vaccine for Human Use without Adjuvant AL in the market.
