| Objective To further investigate the blood supply of lung malignant tumour by the way of Sensation 64CTA and DSA ,and therefore to provide theoretical evidence for interventional therapy of the diseaseMethods 17 patients with lung malignant tumour (15 primarily, 2 metastasis ) that visit in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University . All patients were checked firstly in 64-slice CT scan , thickness 0.6mm pitch 1.4mm. Then peripheral intravenous injection of non-ionic contrast medium, dose of 80-100 ml injection flow rate of 4-5 mL / s. Respectively bronchial artery, pulmonary artery reconstruction . Patients will be moved to DSA bed next day Deploy modified Seldinger technique under local anesthesia Respectively puncture the right femoral artery, femoral vein and imbed 4F,6F catheter to the affected bronchial artery and pulmonary artery debouchement and connect high pressure injector the do respectively DSA inspection with flow rate l-2ml/s,10 ml/ s, contrast agent3-5ml,30-40ml.Results Pulmonary angiography showed three types of the blood supply of lung malignant tumour : Both Sensation 64CTA and DSA bronchial arteriography there are medley of tumor vessels in the tumor internal and internal contrast agent into the tumor. 13 patients with primary lung cancer tumor were increased, two cases of primary and metastatic tumors were found vascular malformations in the tumor internal Vascular but malformations does not increase. Pulmonary Angiography: DSA can not determine whether arteria pulmonalis supply pulmonary tumor; Two cases on the Sensation 64CTA pulmonary angiography can be found clearly arteria pulmonalis supply pulmonary tumor. On the tumor blood supply of lung malignant tumour in full compliance with the criteria described in the lung blood HAN Mingjun for research and evaluation principles. Conclusion Arteria pulmonalis supply blood in some pulmonary tumor.Pulmonary tumor that Poor results by Bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy should infuse chemotherapy by Arteria pulmonalis to enhance the effectiveness. |
