Shenbai oral liquor is a empirical formula to treat the Viral Myocardit in clinical .The prophase empirical study indicated that this formula have sign pharmacologic action of amelioration arrhythmia and heart function. At this foundation we research to separate the formula .This study includes two parts.At first we make use of the arrhythmia were induced by aconitine and Bacl₂. Observe the time of appearing VP,VT,VF,CA ,calculate the dosage of aconitine and observe the time of the arrhythmia to last .The study set up primitive formula group, eight drug group, seven drug group, six drug group, four drug group, three drug decocted together group, three drug decocted separated group. Experimental result indicated primitive formula group, eight drug group, three drug decocted together group, three drug decocted separated group could inhibit markedly the ventricular arrhythmias induced by aconitine the effect of eight drug group, three drug decocted together group, three drug decocted separated group have better obviously. Eight drug group, three drug decocted together group, three drug decocted separated group could inhibit markedly the ventricular arrhythmias induced by Bacl₂.Secondly, we make use of the chronicity cardiac failure induced by Adriamycin. Observe the effect of three groups about heart function with the rats. Experimental result indicated that eight drug group, three drug decocted together group, three drug decocted separated group could improve the heart function with the rats. This Experimental result will supply a foundation with reducing the composition of Shebbai oral liquor and elevating the clinical curative effect and developing new drug.
