Effect Of The Chinese Medicine Tanshionone And Dioscin On Testosterone Synthesis In Male Rats

Objective: HCG stimulation test increase the rats physiology androgen level.To observe the effect in rats which stimulate by HCG. Preliminary discuss the influence and the curative effect of tanshionone and dioscin in rats blood serum hormone level.To explore the influence of the SF-1 Which is in the itesticle organization of the rats。Methods: 30 male Wistar rats where randomly distributed into three groups.Undertaking HCG stimulation test.After pouring tanshionone and dioscin and distilled water, to detect the level of serum testosterone , insulinum and the blood sugar by radioimmunoassay. To observe the condition of the testicle histomorphology under light microscope ; To detect the expressing of SF-1 in testicle by immunohischemistry.Results: The level of serum testosterone increased obviously by HCG stimulation test in the rats. Tanshionone and dioscin have no significant effect on the testosterone level and the level of insuline and the blood sugar of the rats . Tanshionone can adjust the express of SF-1 in testicle tissue obviously.Conclusion: Tanshionone and dioscin have no significant effect on the level of testosterone and insuline and the blood sugar.Tanshionone can adjust the expressing of SF-1 in testicle tissue.so it has the founction of depressing the androgen level of rat.
