| Objective: To explore Bushen Huoxue Decoction (BSHXD) treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding's curative effect and effect mechanism.Methods: BSHXD treated the patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,control group adopted Gongxue Ting(GXT) treat. Take medicine observing the time test group and control group the hemostasis after one course of treatment,menses condition surrounds menopause symptom improvement as well as pertinent, and observe the change of Hb contents's.Result: BSHXD curing kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding's curative effect always has effeciency for 75.00% ,but control group is always having efficiency for 53.33%, compared by clinical observation,test group greatly better than control group (P <0.01). In the field of regulating menstruation curative effect, test group has thebetter regulating menstruation effect(P<0.05). In the field of improvement clinical symptoms,before curing the queen and treating set, symptom accumulate points has two groups comparatively equally improving noticeably, and test group and control group being compared with each other , the effect test group's improvement is more notable(P <0.01) . In comparison, the impact of two groups over anaemia symptom finds that after one period of the treatment the contents of Hb in the two groups increase by equally , but test group obviously better than contrasting on anaemia symptom improvement.Conclusion: BSHXD has clinical fine synthetical curative effects when curing kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome perimenopausaldysfunctional uterine bleeding patients, It has the prompt hemostasis and the effect adjusting a menstrual cycle's, furthermore, have certain advantage around clinical symptom of menopause aspect in improvement.
