| Objectives:To observe the clinical curative effect of shen qishixiao powder on the treatment of patients during the bleeding period of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with syndromes of blood stasis due to qi deficiency.Methods:60patients of syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency during the bleeding period of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group(oral shenqishixiao powder) and controlled group(Gongxueting granules) with30cases in each group. Both groups were medicated14days to observe the curative effect of bleeding of Chinese medicine clinical symptoms before and after treatment, content of hemoglobin (Hb), changes of platelet (PLT), activated partial prothrombin time (APTT) and part of prothrombin time (PT).And safety of medicine was also evaluated at the same time.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%, significantly better than controlled group (total effective rate56.67%)(P0.05). The two groups had no significant difference in the clinical symptoms, content of Hb, blood coagulation PLT, PT and APTT (P>0.05). Treatment group had better effect in improving clinical symptoms and shorting the PT, APTT after treatment, which was significant different compared with the situation before the treatment (P<0.05). There were also significant differences between treatment group and controlled group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusions:Shenqishixiao powder has good hemostatic effect on the treatment of patients with syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency during the perimenopausal bleeding period. It can significantly relieve Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, increase hemoglobin content, relieve anemia. Its curative mechanism may be shortening the time of PT, APTT, improving blood coagulation function, promoting uterine contractions, et. This medicine has no side effects on participants, which can be used widely in clinical treatment. |
