| [Abstract] Objective To approach the value of various kinds of image methods and interventional treatment in diagnosing and therapying the complications after the liver transplantation. Methods review the clinic dates of 64 patients and analyses the image representation ,diagnosis and interventional treatments of the complications after the liver transplantation. Results①find pulmonary complication after LT by conventional x-ray examination such as pulmonary infection ,atelectasis pulmonary, interstitial disease, pleural effusion ,et al.②the specifity of rejection was 63．1% and the accurate rate of angio stenosis was 83．3% underwent Ultrasonograph examine after LT. 35 cases ,including 19 cases of liver biopsy ,11cases of thoracic cavity pricking ,4 cases of abdominal cavity and 1 case of porta-hepatis abscess drainage were performed successfully under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound. four cases had pulmonary complication after LT including pulmonary tuberculosis, lung metastasis and tumor recurrence by CT examine. the accurate rate of hepatic artery and biliary complication was high by MRI examine after LT. 8 cases had hepatic artery complication confirmed by DSA, interventional therapy in 5 cases , and the clinical effects was satisfaction. anatomy of hepatic artery ,portal vein and biliary can be clearly displayed on 3D CE-MRA, there were species difference of display artery ,and no difference of display vein among DSA and MRI.③9 cases had biliary complication confirmed with percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC), and 10 cases by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP), and the clinical recent effects was satisfaction with interventional therapy .Conclusions: every different imaging methods have their own superiority in diagnosing the complications of the liver transplantation .Interventional treating with less damage and effective, is very important value in treating the complications after the liver transplantation. |
