Study On The Syndrome Complex Law Of TCM In Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective:To explore the clinical differentiation of Syndromes character andevolvement law of the course during the actinotheraphy of nasopharyngealcarcinoma for the study of the clinic.Method:To collect the clinic TCM data of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,analyze its syndrome complex law. Summarize the syndrome complex law withdescriptive statistical analysis and clusteringlanalysis ways. Summarizeprincipal symptom to Syndromes diagnosis of TCM with the Logistic regressionanalysis. Then to summarize the syndrome complex and evolvement Law of thecourse during the actinotheraphy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Result:According to variance cluster, the symptom of nasopharyngeal carcinomapatient could be divided into four nest of Syndromes. On the basis of resultsof Logistic regression analysis, we gained principal symptom statisticallysignificant to Syndromes diagnosis of TCM. the phlegm-dampnesssyndromes:snuffle, lumps of neck and nape,top-heavy, reduced appetite,greasycoating,slippery pulse; the heat-toxin syndromes: brightly red blood-snivel,dry pharynx,constipation fast pulse; the blood stasis syndromes:deaf,diplopia,circuitous sublingual vein,bluish tongue,taut pulse; theKidney-deficiency syndromes: aching and limp waist and legs,accidie,feverishsensation over five centers,night sweat,scanty coating,much urine. Thedominating syndromes complex of TCM, uring the early stage is phlegm-dampness syndromes (including 48ï¼…), during the actinotheraphy is the heat-toxinsyndromes(including 43.7ï¼…), at the end of the actinotheraphy is the heat-toxinsyndromes(including 26.0ï¼…)and the kidney-deficiency syndromes(including19.8ï¼…),and in after years, the kidney-deficiency syndromes is more and more.Conclusion:According to results of cluster analysis and logistic regression analysis,familiar syndromes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma could be sum up to four kinds:the phlegm-dampness syndromes, the heat-toxin syndromes, the blood stasissyndromes, and the Yin-deficiency syndromes. The key to pathology is Phlegm,Stasis,Heat and Deficiency.Along with the carry through of the actinotheraphy, the proportion of thethe heat-toxin syndromes increase and Along with the process of the time, theproportion of the kidney-deficiency syndromes increase.The defection is the number of total cases is small, which will influencethe universality of the conclusion to extrapolate. If we could add the numbersof swatch, the result of our study would be more persuasion.
