Objective: This study was to describe and summarize the circulationdisturbance of choroidal for three fundus oculi disease using Indocya-nine Green Angiography(ICGA)and to investigate the relationship betweencirculation disturbance of choroidal and types of TCM syndrome which basedon the TCM science. Methods: This research was to use self-control,cross-reference andcross-sectional survey. A series of 30 patients who met the the patientschoroidal were divided into three groups based on theory of TCM.Indocyanine Green Angiography(ICGA) were performed in these patients.we observed and analysed angiograms whether there were significantdifference amony the three groups, and tried to prove that the syndrometype in TCM was related with circulation disturbance of choroidal. Results: 1,It was found that there was a significant differencebetween the type of the type of liver-kidney Yin deficiency and thetype of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency in the incidence of earlyhyperfluorescence, P<0.05/3. there was a significant difference betweenthe type of the type of liver-kidney Yin deficiency and the type ofspleen-kidney Yang deficiency in the incidence of dilatation of choro-idal vessels. But in the incidence of choroidal hypofluorescence withpigment, choroidal hypofluorescence with bleeding,CNV,choroidalcirculation and the incidence of optic disk with hyperfluorescence therewere no significant differences amony the three types P>0.0167. Therewas no evidence that they were different.2,the type of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency's is 60% higher thanother groups in the choroidal hypofluorescence with pigment. However, itis can be concluded on the constituent ratio that the type of the type of liver-kidney Yin deficiency's is 50%, higher than other groups inthe choroidal hypofluorescence with bleeding;the type of spleen-kidneyYang deficiency's is 58.33%, higher than other groups in the CNV: thetype of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency's is 60%, higher than other groupsin thedisturbances of choroidal circulation: the type of dampness and heatin liver and gallbladder's is 100%, higher than other groups in theopticdisk with hyperfluorescence. Conclusion:The results showed that types of TCM syndrome was relatedwith circulation disturbance of choroidal: the type of the type of liver-kidney Yin deficiency has a high incidence of early hyperfluores cenceand dilatation of choroidal vessels. 2,However, the difference in othercirculation disturbance of choroidal amony them was not significant, itis can be concluded that the type of the type of liver-kidney Yindeficiency has a high constituent ratio in choroidal hypofluorescencewith bleeding: the type of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency has a highconstituent ratio in choroidal hypofluorescence with pigment,CNV anddisturbances of choroidal circulation: the type of dampness and heat inliver and gallbladder has a high constituent ratio in optic disk withhyperfluorescence.
