Study Of Yishenbuxuexiezhuo Decoction On Renal Anemia

Objective Through the random, contrast method, we contrast the difference between the change of the integral calculus of symptom and biochemi indexes that including HGB,Red blood cell count,BUN,Scr of the two groups. To observe the effect of Yishenbuxuexiezhuo Decoction on Renal Anemia, it could provide theory and clinical proof to treat the Renal Anemia.Methods According to the random, contrast method, 50 patients with RA were divided randomly into treated group and contrast group. The two groups were all treated by the same basic western medicine, in addition, the treated group was treated adding Yishenbuxuexiezhuo Decoction. One decoction one day and the course of treatment was one month. We observe the change of the integral calculus of symptom and biochemi indexes that including HGB,Red blood cell count,BUN,Scr,ALT, and judged the different effect of the two groups by comparing the indexes.Results Yishenbuxuexiezhuo Decoction and r-HuEPO(the treated group), the overall efficiency of RA is 88.66％. The group treated by r-HuEPO only (the contrast group), the overall efficiency of RA is 60％. The comparison of overall efficiency in two groups the result is p＜0.05. This shows that the curative effect of treated group is superior to contrast group. The integral calculus of symptom of TCM both decreased in the two groups with different degrees. For example, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, cardiopalmus pale and so forth had remarkable significance compared with the symptoms before the treatment(p＜0.05). We can concluded from dialysis above that Yishenbuxuexiezhuo Decoction could improve patients' symptoms obviously. In addition, after therapy, Yishenbuxuexiezhuo Decoction can improve the function of kidney and decrease the biochemical indexes that including CREA,BUN, and the change of the treated group was more significant than that of the contrast group(p＜0.05). All the patients in the treated group have no allergy adverse drug reaction and no harm to the lever.Conclusions Yishenbuxuexiezhuo Decoction could improve patients' symptoms obviously. After therapy, Yishenbuxuexiezhuo Decoction can improve the function of kidney and decrease the biochemical indexes that including CREA,BUN. So it could be a selected method in clinic to treat RA.
