| The Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) is a clinical synthesis syndrome which occurs in the late stage of kinds of primary or secondly kidney diseases.It is progressively developed, deteriorated and difficult to treat .The CRF has serious condition, many complications and high death rate .It seriously harms humanity's health. Therefore, how to effectively treat the CRF by applying Chinese medicine is always an important medical research topic. This topic based on clinical observation realizes: the pathogenesis of spleen and kidney weak combined with blood blocked passes through whole CRF process. The clinical treatments of 60 patients with the traits of spleen and kidney weak combined with blood blocked were separated into two groups, 30 cases were given the JPBSJZHYJ; the other 30 cases were given ShenShuaining Capsule as a contrast group. The purpose of this topic is to investigate the effectiveness and security range of JPBSJZHYJ, and provide accurate theory basement for more effective new herb prescription to treat CRF. The clinical observation results indicated: the treatment group showed that the efficiency was 40.63%; the total effectiveness was 87.50%. The control group showed the efficiency as 26.67%; the total effectiveness as 83.33%. The clinical effectiveness and comparative total effectiveness of the two groups had significant differences (P＜0.05). This showed that treatment group results surpassed the control group in the efficacy of the medicines used. Conclusion: JPBSJZHYJ can distinctly improve the CRF patients' symptom and the body traits, and can effectively improve the kidney function. In addition it is the only Chinese native medicine prescription, non-toxic and side effects which observes value of investigation and development prospect.
