Male Agaric Aycelium Amylose Could Decrease Blood Pressure And Protect Liver Fuction

Phellinussigniarius is a valuable medical fungus,widely planted in our country. It's main body can be used as medicine with a little biher flavour , Phellinussigniarius is good for the five internal organs, and can also exclude the posion. At present it is being searched overseas,especially in Japan and Korean.It has been proved that Phellinussigniarius has the funtion of anti-tumor, the enhancement immunity,anti-sudden change,anti-blood vessal production experiment and so on. Phellinussigniarius is a valuable medical fungus,worthy of development.In the tradition,male agaric's active constitutent-male agaric amylose is distilled from fruiting body, but it is restricted by the particularity and coplexity of the zoology and the environmrnt: there is few fruiting body in nature; the artificial plant is difficult and went short of the resources ; so the development of the male agaric is restricted. However, yet the male agaric fruiting body is difficult to plant, but its mycelium could be planted on the artificial culture medium, and this myvelium does not have any request to the culture medium ,the mycelium grows vigorously on the culture medium.There has been the report such as the male agaric fruiting body can restrain the tumour, gallbladder fibrosis, lipide overoxidation and so on. But both here ahd abroad have no report about male agaroc mycelium amylose could decrease bllod pressure and protect liver fuction.The target of the research :The amylose abstracted from the male agarric mycelium also has the same fuction of decreasing blood pressure and protecting liver ,therefore male agaric mycelium can be produced through artificial ferment and then take the substittution of fruiting body for more effective medicine. In order to make up for the pracrtical problem of the limitations on male agaric mycelium and also providing the scientific evidence of exploiting the new kind of medicine by use of male agaric mycelium, meanwhile reducing the cost of inventing the new medicine as well as embodying the practical value.The results as follow:1. In regulating blood sugar experiment,the polysaccharide of Enteromorpha could decrease the concentration of the diabetes mices which was caused by tetraoxypyrimidine.The ratio of decreasing blood sugar of the high dose,middle dose,and low dose group was 0.92%,0.90%,1.99% respectively.The positive group was 3.31%.These datas indicated that the ratio of regulating blood sugar of high dose group was better than other two groups,but not as good as the positive group.2. In the experiment of protecting liver, male agaric mycelium has great effects on decresing the ALT,ASTin the blood caused by acute damage to the liver,and effect changes better with consistency of amylase within male agaric mycelium increasing.Thus we can get the conclusion as follows:Male agaric myceliumand amylose has great effect on decreasing the blood amylose and protecting liver.
