Ginsengs are the roots of Panax Ginseng C.A.Mev,it have many efficacies.According to reportings, ginseng contain multi-component. for example, saponin,amylose,naphtha, trace element and so on. Ginsenosides are principal efficiency ingredient, ginseng amyloses have complex physiological active and function.In the ginsengs,content of fermentation ginseng M1 is very low. but,it is mostly decomposing outcome and ultimately absorbing form of Rb1, Rb2 and Rc in body intestines. In recent years,experimentation researching finding that many biology actives are induced by M1 in vivo and in vitro,such as anti-tumour effect.so,more and more people attached importance to it.Through orthogonal test,I established optimum ethanol extraction process,the result shows that ethanol extraction optimum process is: 12 times,70% ethanol, extracting for 3 times, 1h each times.According to optimum ethanol extraction process of ginseng overall saponin,I determined the content of ginseng overall saponin by UV,got content of ginseng overall saponin is 33.35mg/g,and established quality controlled standard.I taking glucan and glucose as standard sample to determine the content of ginseng amylose,the result is 38.9% and 44.3%. I determined the content of M1 in ginseng preparation by HPLC, and established quality controlled standard , I got the content of M1 in ginseng preparation is 0.3%, average recovery is 98.42%, RSD=1.05%.
