The Clinical Study On Curative Effects Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease By "Hongtengyin"

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and the changes of the indexofhemorhelolgy of" Hongtengyin" in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: 100 cases coming from the Zhangzhou TCM Hospital were selected as the researchsubjects.They were all diagnosed as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. 100 The cases weredivided into two groups randomly, the 56 cases were served asobserve group treated by"Hongtengyin ", the other44 cases were served as contrast group treated by" Fuyankang".Theperiod of treatment of both two groups were 4 weeks.To observe the therapeutic effects andthe influence to the hemorhelolgy.Results:1. The The total curative effects of the" Hongtengyin "are better than the"Fuyankang"(P＜0.05), the curative effects of the" Hongtengyin " are same as" Fuyankang"between the same degree groups (P＜0.05).2. The markes of stagnant blood have muchobvious disparity(P＜0.01).3. (3) The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and The ESRequation K haveno obvious disparity (p＞0.05) ,before and after treating in two groups.In theobserve group, after treating, the whole blood consistency (mpas) 200, the index oferythrocyte rigidity and the whole blood viscosity at height shear have no obvious disparity(p＞0.05) in the light degree group; the index of erythrocyte collection have no changes in themiddle degree group (p＞0.05); the every index of hemorhelolgy have obvious disparityafter treating in the heavy degree group (p＜0.05); In the contrast group, after treating, wholeblood consistency (mpas) 30 changes a lot (p＜0.05), the other index of hemorhelolgy haveno obvious disparity (p＞0.05); the index of erythrocyte rigidity in the middle degree groupshave no obvious disparity (p＞0.05), the other index of hemorhelolgy all have obviousdisparity (p＜0.05); the index of hemorhelolgy in the heavy degree groups have obviousdisparity (p＜0.05). Conclusions: 1.The chronic pelvic inflammatory disease all have stagnant blood,the index ofhemorhelolgy all go up.2. The markes of stagnant blood and the index of hemorhelolgy canembody the degree of the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.3. "Hongtengyin" canimprove patients' clinical symptom obviously and has no obvious side effects discovered inthe treatment.
