Relation Of Type2 Diabetes Chinese Medical Type Of Syndrome Together With Lipid Metabolism,Adiposis Hepatica

PURPOSE: Pass studying type 2 diabetes chinese medical science' pattern of syndrome together with relation of metabolic disorder and hepatica ,providing leading effect for chian and west medcine to cure diabetes afterward.METHOD: according to type2 diabetes' WHO diagnostic criteria and according to type2 diabetes' chinese medical science 'criteria of defferentiation of symptoms and signs, we elect 182patients who have type 2 diabetes for research target and according to chinese medicalscience 'type of syndrome we dividethem into 5 groups: extreme heat wit yin asthenia 40patients, men 23 ,women 17 and patients who have hepatica 24;type of deficiency of both QI and YIN 40 ,men 21 ,women 19 and patients who have hepatica 20 ; deficiency of both yin and yang 32 ,men 17, women 15and patients who have hepatica 17; phlegmatic hygrosis 38, men 24, women 14, and patients who have hepatica 24 ; meridian and vessels 32 ,men 17 ,women 15 and patients who have hepatica ,men 17 ,women 15 and patients who have hepatica 20.RESULT : 1 , among type 2diabetes' 5 groups , age have no comparability. hepatica' s happening information : extreme heat with yin asthenia ,phlegmatic hygrosis , meridian and vessels＞deficiency of both yin. and yang ,type of deficiency of both QI and YIN. HbAI comparing result : extreme heat with yin asthenia, phlegmatichygrosis, meridian and vessels＞deficiency of both yin and yang ,type of deficiency of both QI and YIN .TG' s and LDL-C' s 5 groups' comparation : extreme heat with yin asthenia ,phlegmatic hygrosis, meridian and vessels＞deficiency of both yin and yang,type of deficiency of both QI and YIN.TC and 5 groups' comparation : deficiency of both yin and yang ,type of deficiency of both QI and YIN＞extreme heat with yin asthenia, phlegmatic hygrosis,meridian and vessels .HDL' s 5 groups' comparation : deficiency of both yin and yang,type of deficiency of both QI and YIN＜phlegmatic hygrosis,meridian and vessels,extreme heat with yin asthenia.2, HbAIC have positive correlation with TC ,TG ,LDL-C and have negative correlation and have positive correlation with hepatica .TC ,TG ,LDL-C have positive correlation with hepatica and HDL-C have negative correlation with hepatica.CONCLUSION:among type 2 diabetes chimese medical pattern of syndrome, phlegmatic hygrosis, meridian and vessels and deficiency of both yin and yang s' blood sugar are not well controlled, metabolic disorder is severe, so there are many patients who have hepatica.DESCRIPTOR:bloodfat , baric index / metabolism lipoprotein / metabolism phlegmatic hygrosis / metabolism blood stasis / metabolism type 2 diabetes , hepatica / nosazontology type 2 diabetes chinese medical pattern of syndrome / nosazontology...
