Objective: We observe the level of PRA, AT-Ⅱ, ALD and I/D genetic polymorphism of plasminogen angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene in Tan Shi Yong Sheng group,Yin Xu Yang Kang group,Yin Yang Liang Xu group, Gan Huo Kang Sheng group and the control group to find the significance of PRA, AT-Ⅱ, ALD and ACE genotypes in different TCM syndromes of hypertension in order to find the new way to the treatment of Chinese medicine of hypertension.Methods:1. According to the "prevents an controls guide to the Chinese hypertension"(revised edition)diagnosis,removes standards, 80 cases with hypertension were selected.And According to the "Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principle"(implementation) guiding principle,they were separated into 4 groups (Tan Shi Yong Sheng group,Yin Xu Yang Kang group,Yin Yang Liang Xu group , Gan Huo Kang Sheng group)and observe the level of PRA, AT-Ⅱ, ALD and ACE genotypes. Then patients were separated into 2 groups (Shi syndrome group and Xu syndrome group) and we observe them again; 2. Use Radioimmunoassay method to measure the level of PRA,AT-Ⅱand ALD;3. Use PCR to measure ACE gene polymorphism,4. Find relationship among TCM Syndromes Of hypertension, PRA,AT-Ⅱand ACE genotypes.Results:1. Through comparing the hypertension groups and the control group,we can find that the level of PRA,AT-Ⅱand ALD in 4 group(Tan Shi Yong Sheng group,Yin Xu Yang Kang group,Yin Yang Liang Xu group, Gan Huo Kang Sheng group)are higher than that of the control group (P<0.05)2. PRA in Gan Huo Kang Sheng group is much higher than the other three groups(P<0.01) .But there is not difference among Tan Shi Yong Sheng group,Yin Xu Yang Kang group and Yin Yang Liang Xu group (P>0.05) .So the level of PRA can be used to differ Gan Huo Kang Sheng syndrome from the other three syndrome groups. AT-Ⅱin Shi syndrome group is more than that in Xu syndrome group (P<0.01) .3. The patients who has DD genotype in Gan Huo Kang Sheng group are more than the other three groups (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. There is relationship among TCM syndromes of hypertension, PRA,ALD,AT-Ⅱand ACE genotypes. 2. There is close relationship between hypertension and increasing of the level of PRA,ALD and AT-Ⅱ.3. PRA in Gan Huo Kang Sheng group is much higher than the other three groups .The level of PRA can be used to differ Gan Huo Kang Sheng group from the other three groups. AT-Ⅱin Shi syndrome group is much higher than that in Xu syndrome group .The level of AT-Ⅱcan be used to differ Shi syndrome from Xu syndrome.4.
