Observe The Effection By Using Flurbiprofen Axetil Lipid Microsphere Injection To The Stress During Hysterectomy

Objective: Observe the effection by using flurbiprofen axetil lipid microsphere injection to the stress during hysterectomy.Methods: Choosed less than 60 years old cases who were going to take cutting off womb, ASA I - II class, no endocrine disease, no hormone used, and no contraindication of using flurbiprofen, totally 40 examples, these cases were divided into two groups randomly. In the group F, 50mg flurbiprofen axetil has been injected 10 min before operation, in the group C, flurbiprofen axetil was not used. Each group was taken blood sample before anaesthesia, before cut the skin, cutting open the peritoneum, cutting off the womb to determine the following signs: interleukin-6(IL-6 )and corticosteroid (COR) while monitoring hemodynamics.Results: Each signs of various group before anaesthesia are comparable, no obvious difference. In group F, the level of COR goes up significantly in cutting off the womb compared with the level before anesthesia; while the level of IL-6 had no obviously changes after operation begin. In group C, the level of COR goes up significantly in cutting open the peritoneum and cutting off the womb compared with the level before anesthesia; the level of IL-6 has sharply increased when cutting off the womb and has significant difference compared with the group F at the same time.Conclusion: flurbiprofen axetil lipid microsphere injection can depress the raise of IL-6 and depress the stress in hysterectomy to some extent.
