Effect Of Flurbiprofen Oxetil Of Serum IL-6,IL-10Level In Patients Undergoing Spinal Surgery

Objective:To investigate the effect of flurbiprofen oxetil of serum IL-6,IL-10level in patient undergoing spinal surgery.Methods:forty ASA I-II patients with lumbar spinal stenosis spondylolisthesis and general anesthesia in downlink posterior nucleus pulposus of lumbar spinal nerve resection lysis of40patients with fixed cage implantation surgery from the spinal department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University in May2011to November in2011were randomly collected divided into flurbiprofen group (group F,n=20) and control group (group C,n=20).Patients of group F were slowly injected (more than1minute) flurbiprofen axetil injection1mg/kg by intravenous before anesthesia,patients of group C were slowly injected the same amount of normal saline by intravenous before anesthesia.Blood samples were collected from the patients before opening transvenous and2h,24h after surgery for the determination of serum interleukin-6and interleukin-10concentration.The operation time, hemorrhage volume,transfusion volume,blood transfusions volume, urine volume were recorded during the period of anaesthesia and the dosage of tramadol hydrochloride injection within24hours after operation of tow group.Results:Compared with T1,the levels of interleukin-6and interleukin-10 were significantly increased at T2,T3in both groups (P<0.05).the value of interleukin-6was decreased and the value of interleukin-10was increased at T2,T3in group F than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil could reduce serum interleukin-6level in patients undergoing spinal surgery and enhancement the production of interleukin-10.
