| Objective To study the mRNA and protein expression level of the ADAM12 in placenta of pre-eclampsia patients and their roles on pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia.Methods Immunohistochemistry and in-situ hybridzation were used to investigate the expression level of ADAM ADAM12-S mRNA and ADAM12-L mRNA in placenta of 31 women with preeclampsia (including mild and moderate preeclampsia 15 cases, severe preeclampsia 16 cases) and 20 cases normal pregnant women.Result 1. The expression of ADAM12-S mRNA were significant increased in placenta of preeclanpsia patients (P<0.05) ;and there were significant difference between pregnant woman comparing with severe pre-eclampsia and mild preeclampsia (P<0.05) . There is positive dependability between with the expression of ADAM12-L mRNA and the severity degreen of preeclampsia (r=0.457, P<0.05) .2. The expression of ADAM12-L mRNA were significant increased in placenta of preeclanpsia patients (P<0.05 ) ;and there were also no significant difference between pregnant woman comparing with severe pre-eclampsia and mild preeclampsia (P>0.05) .There is positive dependability between with the expression of ADAM12-L mRNA and the severity degreen of preeclampsia (r=0.413, P < 0.05) . 3. The expression of ADAM12 were significant increased placenta of preeclanpsia patients (P<0.05) ;but there were no significant difference between pregnant woman comparing with severe preeclampsia and mild preeclampsia (P>0.05) . There is positive dependability between with the expression of ADAM12 protein and the severity degreen of preeclampsia (r=0.518, P<0.05) .Conclusion The high expression of ADAM12 may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia ,and ADAM12 detect connect with the level of pre-eclampsia. |
