Zongqi Theory In Yellow Emperor's Canon Internal Medicine And Zhang Xichun's Contribution On Application Study

This article concentrates on Zongqi theory in Yellow Emperor's Canon Internal Medicine and Zhang Xichun's contribution to it and its clinical significance in two parts.The first part was to sort out the concent on Zongqi in Yellow Emperor's Canon Internal Medicine, and discussed its concept and connotation, the other name of "Daqi", its production, distribution, physiological functionsas well as pathological changes. It is found out that Zongqi in Yellow Emperor's Canon Internal Medicine came to be a whole theoretical system.The second part was to demonstrate its clinical significance Though the study of Zhang Xichun's contribution in Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu and the clinical administration of Shengxian Decoction. Zongqi theory was promising both clinically and theoretically, and should be paid much attention to.
