The Chinese medicine group including36 women was treated by YiZhen Er Hao and the control group includingl5 womenwas treated by prednisone, both of them were based on the isolation treatmentwith condom. After three period of treatment,.the rate of sera anti-spermantibodies descent, become negative and women' s pregnancy were compared bythe statistics method. Also a data base would be built by spss13.0 with allthose women' s data, such as the general condition and the gynecology conditionto find out the deference between the former and after the treatment.Results:In the Chinese medicine group, the descent percentages of women' s seraanti-sperm antibodies is 33. 33ï¼…, three of themwere pregnant after three periodtreatment of YiZhen Er Hao. In the control group the descent percentages ofwomen' s sera anti-sperm antibodies is 20ï¼…, but none of them was pregnant afterthree period treatment of prednisone. The percentage of the effective casesare 41.67ï¼…in the Chinese medicine group while 20ï¼…in the control group. Ithas distinct statistical differences. Symptom of the patients in Chinesemedicine group has improved obviously while the control group is not. Within51 patients, there are 62.7ï¼…are "0" blood type, 73.2ï¼…of who is differentfrom her husband; 74.55ï¼…have the history of infections of reproduction system;25.49ï¼…is hypersusceptibility. Conclusion:The results suggest that both YiZhen Er Hao and prednisone can reduce the seraanti-sperm antibodies in women with immunity infertility.But the descendpercentage and the effective percentage of Chinese medicine group is obviouslyhigher than the control group. At the same time the first one can improve thesymptom better than the second one. So the treatment of YiZhen Er Hao iseffective, save and convenient. Furthermore, the results provides clinicalevidence to further study the Chinese medicine which can nourish kidney andliver. Otherwise, the immunity infertility with ASAB maybe related to thecouple blood type, infections of reproduction system, sensitive body and soon.
