The Clinical And Experimental Study On Immunity Infertility With Jiajian Guishenye Combined With Acupuncture

Objective:_Animal research, according to AsAb, EMAb, IL-2, IL-6, beta EP, ENK etc neuroendocrine and immunology related indexes, the change from neuroendocrine immune regulation network of Jiajian Guishenye and immunity infertility mechanism for TCM therapy immunity infertility, providing theoretical basis and clinical evidence. Through experiments, clinical medicine treatment compared with the pure combined therapy, to provide better treatments.Methods:Clinical study:Receives a medical examination the immunity sterile feminine patient who take February,2009 to March,2010 in the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine first affiliated hospital and tallies integrates the standard as the object of study, randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the combined with acupuncture treatment group, the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group gives Jiajian Guishenye, the other group gives Jiajian Guishenye and acupuncture bilateral Ciliao, Guanyuanshu, Ganshu, Shenshu, Sanyinjiao, Taichong. After treatment, comparing the difference of two groups on the pregnancy and the level of AsAb and EMAb.Experimental study:Take the SD big mouse as the experimental subject, antisperm antibody positive animal mode were established by employing sperm suspension liquid plus's complete adjuvant by hypodermic multispot injection.42 mature female SD rats were randomly divided into different parties within the Guishenye group, prednisone group, model group, control group. After the treatment, measuring the vary of AsAb, IL-2, IL-6, beta EP, to analyze the correlation between them.Results:Clinical study:The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, three of them were pregnant after or during treatment, pregnancy rate is 16.67%, total effectiveness is 66.67%, negative rate of AsAb is58.33%,, negative rate of EMAb is 25.00%, the combined with acupuncture treatment group, seven of them were pregnant after or during treatment, pregnancy rate is 38.89%, total effectiveness is 72.22%, negative rate of AsAb is 64.29%, negative rate of EMAb is 42.86%.Experimental study:1.The level of AsAb of control group was significant difference comparing with model group(P<0.05), and comparing with prednisone group(P<0.05), The level of AsAb of Guishenye group was significant difference comparing with model group(P<0.05), and comparing with prednisone group(P<0.05).2. The level of IL-2 of control group was significant difference comparing with model group(P<0.05), and comparing with prednisone group(P<0.05), The level of IL-2 of Guishenye group was significant difference comparing with model group(P<0.05), and comparing with prednisone group(P<0.05).3. There was no significant difference between the level of IL-6 of the four groups.4. The level of beta EP of control group was significant difference comparing with model group(P<0.05), and comparing with prednisone group(P<0.05), The level of beta EP of Guishenye group was significant difference comparing with model group(P<0.05), and comparing with prednisone group (P<0.05).5. The level of ENK of control group was significant difference comparing with model group(P<0.05), and comparing with prednisone group(P <0.05), The level of ENK of Guishenye group was significant difference comparing with model group(P<0.05), and comparing with prednisone group(P <0.05).6. AsAb level shew positive correlation with the level of IL-2 and beta EP.7. IL-2 level shew positive correlation with the level of ENK and beta EP.conclusion:1. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment and the combined with acupuncture treatment, could effectively decrease and remove AsAb andEMAb, the combined with acupuncture treatment has better effect on improve conception rate than the traditional Chinese medicine treatment.2. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment could effectively decrease the level of AsAb, IL-2, IL-6, beta EP and ENK, improve immune function and regulate immune steady-state, better than prednisone treatment.3. Experimental study:There was no significant difference between the level of IL-6 of model group and control group.4. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment could suppress the anti-sperm specificity immunity, cause the activation mononuclear phagocyte system recovery to be normal, decrease the level of AsAb, IL-2, IL-6, beta EP and ENK, restrain and remove AsAb, IL-2, IL-6, beta EP and ENK. In many link, the function, the cause and incentive is eliminated through adjusting the immune to remove the balance AsAb effect.
