| Purpose:According to normalizationg clinical practice and observation to combined treatment of traditional and western medicine for acute Gravis Craniocerebral Injury ,then prove its effect, system evaluate its function and significance,and elevate Chinese medicine's the level of clinical practice.Method: According to divide all patients into western medicine group, traditional combined western medicine and differentiation of symptoms and signs group,and other group that use promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis methods and common western medicine combined therapy.the western medicine group include common western medicine therapy, and add to use placebo,the second group include common western medicine therapy, then give strictly chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs, corresponding symptoms and signs to give difference chinese medicine therapy, the third group include common western medicine and chinese medcine that can promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis.compare to three groups' patients' complications,and neurologic function defect's evaluation of classify, estimate the 3 groups' therapeutic efficacy.all datas are analyzed by SPSS10.0 statistics software.consequence:1. Compare with the treatmengt group and control group's curative effect,the difference has significance sense (P＜0.05) ,the curative effect's difference of the two control group has not significance sense (P＞0.05) , which illustrated that treatmengt group's curative effect is better than two control group's,and the two control group's curative effect have not significance difference.2.Compare with the treatmengt group and control group's accumulated points of neurologie impairment including AP of treatment: the treatment group has significance difference in the stimulation of consciousness, speech, muscle force of upper limb, muscle force of hand's muscle and muscle force of lower limb in AP of treatment (P＜0.05) ,it has statistical significance. The first control group has significance difference in the stimulation of consciousness, muscle force of upper limb, muscle force of hand's muscle and muscle force of lower limb in AP of treatment(P＜0.05 ),it has statistical significance. The second control group has significance difference in the stimulation of consciousness , speech, muscle force of upper limb, muscle force of hand's muscle and muscle force of lower limb in AP of treatment (P＜0.05) ,it has statistical significance.Compare with the treatmengt group and the first control group's post-treatment's accumulated points, they have significance difference to pretherapy in consciousness, muscle force of upper limb, muscle force of hand's muscle ,but the treatment group's effect obviously surpassed the first control group's effect (P＜0.05),it has statistical significance. Then compare with the treatmengt group and the second control group's post-treatment's accumulated points,they have significance difference to pretherapy in consciousness , speech, muscle force of upper limb, muscle force of hand's muscle and muscle force of lower limb ,but the treatment group's effect obviously surpassed the first control group's effect (P＜0.05) ,it has statistical significance. At the same time, we can compare with the first control group and the second control group's post-treatment's accumulated points, they have significance difference to pretherapy in consciousness, muscle force of upper limb, muscle force of hand's muscle ,but the second control group's effect obviously surpassed the first control group's effect (P＜0.05),it has statistical significance,. the others have not significance differences.3. Compare with complications : Compare with the improvement rate of the treatmengt group and control group in pulmonary infection and upper alimentary tract hemorrhage AP of treatment,they have significance difference ( P＜0.05 )..and compare with the improvement rate of the treatmengt group and control group in urinary tract infection and epilepsy AP of treatment,they have not significance difference (P＞0.05) .Conclusion:Apply to the traditional combined western medicine and differentiation of symptoms and signs therapy to treat the gravis craniocerebral injury can efficiently adjust the patients'Mc and internal environment who had craniocerebral injury, and lessen brain edema and engorge,and lessen cerebral ischemia and anoxemia,at the same time ,this therapy can adjust the NT and protect neuronal mechanism of action, which proved that standard combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can cut down acute gravis craniocerebral injury's patients' death rate ,and enhance cranial nerve's functional recovery, it can reduce production of complication and disability rate.
