Comparative Studies On Protein Expression Of Bladder Cancer Cell Lines BIU-87 Suspensions And Effect Of Chemotherapy Drugs

Objective To evaluate the protein expression of bladder cancer cell lines BIU-87 suspensions and the suspensions protein expression which the cell effected by chemotherapy drugs:Mitomycin C and Epirubicin.Methods BIU-87 cell lines was cultured by routine method.MTT assay was used to determine the concentration of MMC and EPI in treating BIU-87.This cell lines was divided into three groups:MMC group,EPI group and control group.The suspensions of three groups were collected and detested by IMAC-3-Cu chips and proteinchip reader of Ciphergen Inc.Results When the concentration of MMC was 10mg/1,50%of the cells were suppressed,the corresponding concentration of EPI was 5mg/l.There are 5 kinds of new protein expressd in BIU-87 cell suspensions.They are M/Z 3360,3707,3850,3940,4023.This 5 kinds of new protein changed their expressions in EPI group.There are 6 new protein changed their expressions in MMC group,4 of which being same to control group,2 of which being new.The new kinds protein of MMC group were M/Z 6030,6892.Conclusions There are 5 kinds of new protein expressd in BIU-87 cell suspensions,EPI and MMC can chang the protein expression of BIU-87 cell suspensions.
