Objective: To design fulminate hepatic failure mice model Induced bytacrine, At the same time to observe the protective of Panax ginsengC.A. Mey, Bupleurum Chinese Dc and Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim)Harms on chemical medicine fulminate hepatic failure mice. Method: Wetry to find the survival percentage of fulminate hepatic failure micecaused by tacrine of different dose, At the same time to find thecorrelation between index of serum AST/ALT in fulminate hepatic failuremice caused by tacrine and the dose of tacrine, Time course of AST/ALTrelease after tacrine administration also to be observed. Paracetamol wasirritated the stomach of mice to make models with tacrine andacetaminophen. Compared to the index of the content of serum AST, ALT, ALPand TNF-a of the evened liver liquid, the protective effect of was observed. At the same time to observe the change of liver tissue pathology. Results: The percentage of survival mice caused by tacrine(30mg/kg) wasover 86%; the index of the content of serum AST/ALT of the evened liverliquid was significantly different from normal group (P<0.05) and showthat the mice model was successful; The index of the content of serumAST/ALT keep a plateau after 24 hour. Panax ginseng C.A. Mey, BupleurumChinese De and Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim) Harms can alldistinctly decrease the content of serum AST, ALT, ALP and TNF-a of theevened liver liquid caused by tacrine and acetaminophen. Which wassignificantly different from medol group (P<0.05, P<0.01). changingof liver tissue pathology also showd that Panax ginseng C. A. Mey, BupleurumChinese Dc and Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim) Harmscan alldecrease fulminate hepatic failure. Conclusion: To make fulminatehepatic failure mice models induced by tacrine by the dose of 30mg/kg andmensurate index of the content of serum after 24 hour, This method wasreliable and keep a high successful percentage. At the same time theexperimentation show that Panax ginseng C. A. Mey, Bupleurum Chinese Dc andAcanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim) Harms all have certain protectiveeffects on liver damage caused by tacrine and acetaminophen.
