Since the introduction of the concept of nano technology by R. Feynman in 1959, it has been paid great attention and developed rapidly. The development of the nano technology drove the development of some other subjects and brought some new interdisciplines. Nowadays, nano biotechnology is the research of the world, and which has been developed greatly. This paper is focused on the research of the complex which are composed of nanoparticles and bio-molecules and the application of the complex in the bio-system.(1) The superparamagnetic nanoparticles and different bio-molecules were coupled together by the chemical conjugation, and then the magnetic nanoparticles-antibodies complexes were synthesized. We used these complexes in the separation and purification of the hematopoietic stem cells CD34+ from the human cord blood. Besides, we also used these complexes in the separation and the purification of the O157:H7. The results showed that the magnetic nanoparticles-biomolecules complexes could effectively separated the target CD34+ cells from the cord blood. And the separated target cells still maintained the high activity and proliferation ability; the complexes also could effectively purify the O157:H7 bacterium from the sample which was very useful for the next detection.(2) The magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized by the chemical coprecipitation. And the magnetic nanoparticles were coated the silica in the reverse microemulsion. The surface of the nanoparticles was modified with active agent. Then the functional magnetic nanoparticles were used as the general agent to separate the proteins from the traditional Chinese medicines. The results showed that the functional magnetic nanoparticles separated the proteins from different traditional Chinese medicines effectively, which offered a tool for different protein research in biology.(3) Based on the theory of the nano technology and the antisense, different semiconductor nanoparticles (quantum dots)-nucleotides complexes were synthesized. a). The antisense nucleotides with specific sequence were conjugated to the surface of the red quantum dots to form the quantum dots-antisense nucleotides complexes. After cultured with the K-562 cells, the complexes could specifically located in the nucleus of the cells and induced the apoptosis of the cancer cells; b). The antisense nucleotides with specific sequence and nonsense nucleotides with random sesquence were conjugated to the surface of the green and red quantum dots respectively. Then these two kinds of complexes were cultured with the K -562 cells at the same time. The results were characterized by the laser confocal fluorescence microscope and other equipments. All results indicated that the green quantum dots-antisense nucleotides complexes located in the chromosome in the nucleus of the cells and the red quantum dots-nonsense nucleotides complexes dispersed in the cells randomly. And, more importantly, the experiment firstly made the course of the cancer cell apoptosis induced by the antisense nucleotides visible, which supplied a technology platform for the diagnosis and treat of the cancer in medical area.
