Expression Of ABAD//HADHⅡ In Human Laryngeal Carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the expression of ABAD /HADHⅡin Human Laryngeal Carcinoma and the relationship between it and PCNA and study the function of ABAD/HADHⅡin the proliferation of Laryngeal Carcinoma cell.Methods: Comparision the expression of ABAD/HADHⅡin patients with laryngeal carcinoma, pericancerous epithelium and vocal polyps using immunohistochemical methods, Western Blot and RT-PCR.Results:1,ABAD/HADHⅡwas expressed in the laryngeal squamous cell cancinoma cell cytoplasm. The expression of ABAD /HADHⅡwas strong in tne proliferate cell.2,The results indicate that the expression of ABAD/HADHⅡin squamous cell cancinoma was no difference comparision with pericancerous epithelium, but was significantly higher than vocal polyps. (P＜0.05)3,The expression of iBAD/HADHⅡwas coincidenced with the expression of PCNA in the laryngeal squamous cell cancinoma. (P＜0.05)Conclusion:The expression of ABAD /HADHⅡin laryngeal squamous cell cancinoma was significantly higher than normal tissue. These results suggest that ABAD/HADHⅡmay play a role in the proliferation of laryngeal squamous cell cancinoma cell.
