Objective: To study the influence of aeroperitonia pressure on venous pressure of lower extremity in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:The venous pressures of lower extremities in one hundred and five patients were measured at times before and after artificial aeroperitonia, with the patients in prostrate or lateral decubitus at separate time (0min,15min,30min and so on). Results. There is an obvious increase with the average of 21.58cmH2O in all patients' venous pressure of lower extremity under aeroperitonia. And the data of venous pressure of lower extremity with statistical significance are significantly different between at prostrate position and lateral decubitus position(p<0.05).It tends to go up with the extending of the surgery duration. There are no statistical significance between venous pressure of lower extremity and the patients' ages (P>0.05); no notable difference in venous pressure of lower extremity between left and right legs ,with or without aeropentoneum, and no statistical significance existed in the situation between before and after general anesthesia, also in outgassing(P>0.05). Conclusion:the artificial aeropentoneum made in laparoscopic cholecystectomy may dramatically increase the venous pressure of lower extremity, which will influence the blood returning of legs and may cause deep venous thrombosis.
