Objective: To summarize the clinical symptoms ,objective signs and medical histories and to explore the TCM pathogenic factors and pathogenesis and the syndrome distribution regularity of Endometriosis(EMT). Methods: The 136 patients were statistical divided by clinical symptoms , objective signs and medical histories and were concluded in order to observe the syndrome distribution regularity . Results: By the statistical analyzing of patients'symptoms, objective signs and medical histories, we concluded that the percent of stagnated vital energy clots the blood syndrome was 44.85%, cold-evil clots caused blood stasis syndrome was 33.09%, heat-evil clots caused blood stasis syndrome was 22.06%. Conclusion: The TCM pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of EMT is that blood stasis stays in uterine collaterals, chong and Ren Channels. It results in the dysfunction of many Zang fu, mixed deficiency and excess and simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndrome .
