With paeoniflorin and dry extract as index, optimize the SBE technical conditions Gongliuxiao Capsule by even design.On the basis of the work above, compare Semi-Bionic Extraction(SBE) with Water Extraction and alcohol precipition(WAE).Result: The decoction condition of Gongliuxiao Capsule is pH in turn:2.0,6.5,8.5;Time: 2.0,1.0,1.0h.The best alcohol precipitation concentration is 50%;Semi-Bionic Extract method is better extract method than Water Extract method, Semi-Bionic Extract and Alcohol precipitation method(SBAE) is better than Water Extract and Alcohol precipitation(WAE). We can get the corresponding spot of the testing and positive control samples at the corresponding place in the thin layer plate; the results of studies on the method of HPLC determination Oleanolic acid in GONG LIU XIAO Capsule conform to standards.Conclusion: This research proving the scientificaalness and practicability of SBE, and is the solid foundation for secondary development of GONG LIU XIAO Capsule . The preparation technology and serial quality control methods that include TLC and HPLC are scientific, reasonable and practical.
