Objective: To observe Nbbcd's therapeutic efficacy and safety of operation wound surface(depth reach deep layer of dermis).Methods:Observe Nbbcd's construction and features.Make model of animal infection wound surface as study objects.Experimental group,control group 1 and 2 include Nbbcd,antibiosis gauze which contain neomycin-berberine solution and petrolatum gauze respectively,to observe their security and therapeu- tic effects of hasten wound surface and control wound infection. Results: Nbbcd's texture is soft,slick and moisten,and can be made into various kinds shapes according to wound surface's position and size.Its main mic- rostructure is composed by small reticulate and trabs cellulose.Nbbcd's main component is Bacterial Cellulose(BC).BC has high purity,water ratio and hydrophilism.Healing time of wound surface which use Nbbcd ahead of other two groups obviously.Nbbcd's total bacterium inhibition ratios are higher compare with other two groups after the 5 days,9 days,13 days and 17 days respectively.There are not local sensitization and general sympt- om of animal which use Nbbcd.Conclusion:Nbbcd have the better abilities of bacteriostatic and promote wound surface healing and high security compare with other wound dressings.All in all,it is an ideal dressing in clinical at present.
