Objective: by observing and comparing the re-open of lymphatic-vein anastomosis in Wistar rats′normal and non-bacterial inflammational lymph nodes ,also in the human′gastric carcinoma,peritumor and normal tissues to initially explore that the the abnormal re-open and the anastomosis is a special"blood metastasis"path,and supply the expeimental evidence for inflamamational/tumor cells dismemssion and gastric"SM"metastasis.Methods: choosing a small picec of tissue(1.0x1.0x0.2cm) from the gastric normal tissue,tumor tissue and peritumor tissue from the collected 72 specimens.treating them under the procedure:regualr dehydration,dewaxing and embedding etc, final immunohistochemistry; using the markers Lyve-1 and CD34 to mark the lymphatic and blood vessel endothelial respectively; under the immuno-histochemistry fluorescene ; we count the numbers of lymphatic vessel and lymphatic-vessel anastomosis. The Wistar rat were randomly divided into two groups , controlled group and experimental group .the former group rats were not received any disposals while the latter group being received 10% brine-egg vitelline even solution 0.3-0.4ml/point in anterior limb muscle, ample and cervix hypodermal tissues,once every 3-4 days, three times successively .the fourth day after the last injection ,the Wistar rats were received the abdominal injection with anesthesia(ketamine and diazepam).two groups were injected 0.25%methlene blue into the toe gaps, deeper palm site and hypodermal tissue of mammar 0.2-0.3 ml preoperative 10 and 3 hours respectively. Anatomising carefully and tracing the 0.25%methlene blue refluence to lymph nodes in axillas ,observing and measuring the size of lymha nodes,counting the number of lymphatic-vessel anastomosis.Result:The lymphatic vessel density were ( 4.6875±0.60040/200HP),(3.8715±0.49290/200HP)and(5.7465±0.68881/200HP)respectively in gastric normal tissues ,tumor tissues and peritumor tissues (P<0.01), the ratio of lymph-vein anastomosis were 2.78 %, 4.17% and 12.50% respectively in the three groups.there was a significant difference between the latter two groups(P=0.037). in peritumor tissue ,the anastomosis rate in (M+SM) ,(SMP) and (DMP + SS + SE ) is 0.00% ,5.41% and 2 5.00% respectively,differnce significantly(P=0.035). the size (mm2)of lympha node were (25.9704±0.29790)and(18.6845±0.39207 ) respectively in controlled group and experimental group(P<0.01) ,meanwhile,there was an significant difference in the anastomosis ratio between the two groups (0.00%vs9.80%, P=0.047)Conclusion: The anastomosis in the tumor and peritumor tissues, was signifaicantly lower than in peritumor tissues ; also ,the anastomosis ratio elevate accomponying the depth of gastric carcinoma invasion. Acute non-bacterial inflammation stimulated the abnormal lymphatic-vein anastomosis to come into being again .
