Study On The Program Of Training And Examining Of The Doctor Qualification To Diagnosis Of Occupational Diseases

Diagnosis of occupational Diseases is stepping into the right road legally, since thepromulgation and putting in to use of Occupational Diseases Prevention law. Training andpassing the exam is necessary for occupational diseases doctor. The main purpose of thisprogram is to find how to train and exam the occupational diseases Diagnosis doctorunprecedentedly. Cases on training and examining of Occupational Diseases Diagnosis Doctoris made by using classical testing theory combined with methods and techniques of educationexamining and evaluating in this study.1208 copies of efficient answer sheets have been collected after sending 1812 copies ofquestionnaires to the local doctors involved in occupational diseases diagnosis. Statistics onthese data show that:(1) Local doctors involved in occupational diseases diagnosis are looking forwards toreceiving further medicine education and varieties of expertise and techniques training.Presently, quality and training of doctors involved in occupational health service are toolimited to adapt to the need of occupational medicine under new situation with the neglect ofthe leader and scarcity of financial support. Indeed, something needs improved on contentsand forms as well as examining approaches.(2) Training for occupational diseases diagnosis doctor is widely acknowledged sincenationally training and examining of the qualification for pneumoconiosis had gained greatsuccess in 2004, 2005, which has promoted the standard of expertise of local doctors involvedin occupational disease diagnosis. They hope that trainings on diagnosis of occupationalpoisoning and Physically occupational diseases as well as other occupational diseases canquickly develop on all levels with the referring to the experience of training and examining ofthe qualification for pneumoconiosis.Examining on occupational Diseases Diagnosis Doctor belongs to standard reference testaccording to the results of expert's visit and theory research in this study. Making out theexamining plan by using classical test theory and question-reaction theory. Determining theobject, content as well as designs plan in the examining. Assessing the quality, credibility andefficiency of the examining with the reference to object test.Considering the special demands of this training, current conditions available, affordablecosts, and advantages of E-learning, this study put forwards that E-learning training should bedeveloped gradually in the whole country.
