On Perfection Of The System Of Occupational Disease Diagnosis And Identification In China

At present, occupational disease has become more and more serious. It has not only brought injury upon the persons involved and the whole families, but also become a social problem to be solved. As it has been an heated topic, the governmen has made many efforts on the treatment of occupational diseases. However, there is much to do for the improvement of occupational diseases ,facing the severe situation.Taking into account the current situation of occupational disease diagnosis and identification, the author adopts the research methods of survey and literature analysis to put forward shortcomings in the process of occupational disease diagnosis and identification in China and analyze their origins in order to suggest feasible countermeasures to deal with. The author exercises the principles of management and does the research considering the duties and limits of the government and laborers'rights and interests.After surveys, case study and literature analysis the author has found that the prolems exsiting in the system of occupational disease diagnosis and identification has related with those of lawmaking, government administration and the relations of enterprises and employees. The diagnosis of occupational organizations designated by the provincial health department is unreasonable. Government departments on the management of confusion in the diagnosis of occupational diseases. Require the employer to provide relevant information to "self-incrimination" is unrealistic.
