The Study Of Relationship Between The Polymorphism Of CYP1A1 Gene And Hepatocarcinogenesis

Objective:To study the association between the polymorphism of CYP1A1 gene in Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)of Guangxi and the other relevant risk factors and hepatocarcinogenesis.Methods:To the 30 case HCC from Han nationality and 30 case HCC from Zhuang nationality and 15 case from control population of non hepatocellular carcinoma,the relevant risk factors of HCC were collected by epidemiological investigation including inquiring,family medical history,smoking history, drinking wine history,drinking water history and HBsAg examination and so on, at the same time the genetypes and genetic mutation frequency of CYP1A1 were determined by polymerase chain reaction combined with restriction fragment length polymorphism method(PCR-RFLP).Results:(1)Among the HCC group and the control group,The genetic mutation of CYP1A1 were 38.3%(23/60)and 6.67%(1/15)respectively,the difference is significant(x~2=4.17,p=0.041),Odds Ratio(OR)is 3.824(95%CI =1.202～12.163).(2)Among the HCC of Han nationality and Zhuang nationality, The genetic mutation of CYP1A1 were 36.7%(11/30)and 40.0%(12/30) respectively,the difference is not significant(x~2=0.71,p=0.791).(3)Among the HCC group and the control group,HBsAg positive were 83.4%(50/60)and 13.3%(2/15)respectively,the difference is significant(x~2=17.389,p=0.000), Odds Ratio(OR)is 4.798(95%CI=2.073～11.107).(4)After analysis by the non-condition logistic regression,we found that CYP1A1 genetype,mail and positive HBv infection are the major high risk factors ofhepatocarcinogenesis.Conclusions:(1)The CYP1A1 genetype has high susceptibility of hepatocarcinogenesis, the risk of CYP1A1 genetic mutation is 3.824 times than non -mutation.(2)The CYP1A1 genetype is not significant difference between the HCC in Han and Zhuang nationality.(3)The CYP1A1 genetype,HBv infection and mail are the major high risk factors of hepatocarcinogenesis,may associate with hepatocarcinogenesis.
