| Objective:To investigate the relationship between CYP1A1 MspI gene polymorphis mand breast cancer susceptivity in Uygur and Han women.Methods:Using PCR-RFLP method to examine the CYP1A1 MspI position spot polymorphism from 100 Uyghur female cases,100 Uyghur controls,100 Han female cases,100 Han controls,and to analyze the relati onship between polymorphism at this spot and susceptivity with breast cancer.Results:In the 2 groups of cancer,the genotype distribution had significant difference(P<0.05),while the allele frequencies had not significant differences(P>0.05).There was no significant di fference between genotype distribution and allele frequencies in both control groups of the Uygur and Han.TC/TC+CC genotype was significantly associated with increased risk of breast cancer compared with the TT genotype in the group of Uygur(P<0.05).Callele inc rease the risk of breast cancer in the group of Uygur(OR=1.684,CI=1.116~2.542,P=0.017).Genotype and allele did’t increase the risk of breast cancer in the group of Han.TC+CC genetype increased the risk of suffering breast cancer when one’s BMI was more than 25 and one was at the menarche age of 13-16 or lactation history is less than 12 months or non menopause or with a history of abortion or had a breast benign disease history for Uygur gro up;In additation,TC+CC genetype increased the risk of suffering breast cancer when one was at the primiparous age of 30 for Han race.Conclusion:CYP1A1 Gene polymorphism is related to breast cancer in Uyghur,Callele is a susceptibility gene and risk factor of brea st cancer. |
