Clinical Significance Of The CD62p,IL-6 And IL-8 Levels Detection In Patients's Serum Of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective:To study the Clinical Significance of the CD62p (P-selectin),IL-6(interleukin-6)and IL-8(interleukin-8)levels detection in Patients's serum of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)in different clinic stages.Methods:CD62p,IL-6 and IL-8 levels were determinded in 83 patients with NPC and compared with 17 healthy people by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),The relationship between the levels of CD62p,IL-6å’ŒIL-8 and different clinic stages of NPC was analyzed.Results: The levels of CD62p,IL-6 and IL-8 in NPC serum(39.90±32.81 ng/mL,55.58±43.80 ng/mL and 62.74±51.24 ng/mL)were higher than the healthy (2.45±0.07 ng/mL,4.15±0.03 ng/mL and 2.61±0.10 ng/mL)(p＜0.01);Irrelative to sex(p＞0.05);.Have positive sensitivity with the TNM stages and clinic stages(p＜0.05);The difference of CD62p in N₂ and N₃,â… andâ…¡,â…¡andâ…¢stages were out of statistics meaning(p＞0.05),the same in N₂ and N₃ about IL-6 and IL-8.The positively sensitivity existed in CD62p,IL-6 and IL-8 yet(p＜0.05).Conclusion:The results indicated that there were definite value in detection of CD62p,IL-6 and IL-8 levels for the stage,the happen,the development and the transfer of the tumor,have any forecast value for the clinic estate of NPC patients.There are some estimate value to check the levels of CD62p,IL-6 and IL-8 with combine.With definite reference significance for direction individual treat,survey the recrudesce and diversion after treated,transfer and evaluate prognosis about NPC.
