The Exploration Of Clinical Application Of TTAG Method

Objective:To explore the feasibility and validity of Tubotymanoaerodynamic graphy method using in different crowd as an Eustachian tube function test.Method:Strictly according to standard we choice three groups,health adult group(132 ears),SOM group(73 ears)and COM group(83 ears)respectively,Eustachian tube ventilation function were measured by the TTAG method in three groups,The results of the TTAG method and the results of the forced-response test in COM group were also analyzed.Results:1.The positive rate in health adult group,SOM group and COM group with Valsalva method was 93.93%,56.16%and 72.29%.health adult group surpass SOM group and COM group (p＜0.05);2.The mean value of nasopharynx press in health adult group,SOM group and COM group was 454.51±166.32daPa,482.20±169.14daPa and 467.00±140.39 respectively,there is no statistics difference between three group(p＞0.05);3.Health adult group were divided into typeⅠand typeⅡ,the mean value of nasopharynx press was 469.35±159.90daPa and 430.21±175.36daPa in typeⅠandⅡ, and has no significant differences(p＞0.05).The mean value of external auditory canal press has significant differences(p＜0.05);4. 90 percentages of positive results of TTAG method is corresponded with results of the forced-response test in COM group.Conclusion:TTAG method is easy to operate,can application in difference group.TTAG method qualitation discriminate between normal group and abnormal group effectively,but can not provide with the quantitation standard.TTAG method possible measure different Eustachian tube function with different action.
