| Objective : To investigate the relation between the asthmatoid bronchitis and the mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, and to evaluate the relativity between the mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and the asthma. Methods: the anti-MP-IgM were tested in the 136 patients adimited asthmatoid bronchitis and in the 110 patitents with acute bronchitis, and the patients adimited asthmatoid bronchitis with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection had been followed up for 6-20 months and analyse the roles of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and other factors (as family history, atopy, complexed faction, etal) in development to athma. Result: (1)The mycoplasma pneumoniae infection rate of the patients with asthmatoid bronchitis is about 41.9% ,which is evidently higher than that of contrast groups just about 24.6% (p <0.05); (2) 19 of 48 (39.5%) asthmatoid bronchitis patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection had developed to asthmas ,and 14 of 65(21.5%) patients of contrast group had developed into asthmas, the former is higher than the latter(p<0.05). (3) the mycoplasma pneumoniae with complexed infection were detected in 21.1% of asthmatoid bronchitis patients with asthmas, the heredodiathesis and atopy in 52.6%,without regular antimycoplasma pneumoniae therapy in 26.3%. Conclusion: the mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is probably relative to the pathogenesis of asthmatoid bronchitis, and the mycoplasma pneumoniae may play a role in the development to asthma of asthmatoid bronchitis patients, meanwhile there were other factors may play a part in it. |
