The result showed that: this endocorrhiza has highly homology with the soil fungus in genebank.To sum up, the achievements of this research are as follows:It's the first time to use tissue separation and identification of morphological method to determine Alternaria platycodonis as endocorrhiza for Platycodon grandiflorum, Alternaria radicina as endocorrhiza for Saposhnikovia divaricata, Alternaria azukiea as endocorrhiza for Sophra flavesces, and Fusarium avenaceum as endocorrhiza for Polygonatum odoratum.It firstly to screening 3 strain that have antibacterial activities. There are JG1102 (Alternaria platycodonis),YZ1104 (Fusarium avenaceum) and HQin0116 (endocorrhizas isolated from Scutellaria baicalesis). And it proved that they have the same or similar alkaloid and flavone compositions as the plants they parasitized. |
