The expression of bcl-xl protein in CTCL was significantly higher than in normal skins(p<0.05).The expression of bcl-xl protein in tumor-stage was significantly higher than in patch-stage(p<0.05).In CTCL survivin expression was strongly related with bcl-xl expression(r=0.592,p<0.05).Conclusions: The survivin and bcl-xl are expressed in a vast majority of CTCL,The expression of survivin and bcl-xl protein in tumor-stage was highest in three stage, In CTCL survivin expression was strongly related with bcl-xl expression, anti-apoptosis together, take a important role during the progression of CTCL. Survivin and bcl-xl can be regarded as molecular marker of CTCL lesions, also can be an ideal therapeutic target for cancer treatment. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Survivin, Bcl-xl, Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, immunohistochemistry | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
