Objective Asthma is the common disease of children, and the only long-term effective and secure therapy of this disease is the staged incretion-inhalation therapy, which is widely used presently in the bronchia asthma. However, due to the lack of standard practice, there exists a lot of problems in the application of this inhalation therapy. The aim of this thesis is, based on the study of the time certainty, to control the actual inhalation time, thus to solve of the problem of the nighttime coming on of the asthma. And it can further change the present situation of the practice of this inhalation therapy, standardize the use of it and thus enhance the power of it in the curability of the asthma. To the patients, this can improve their confirmation of the therapy thus control the symptom effectively.Methodology: In the animal experiment, through VOA stimulation, mice's hyper susceptibility model is built. Then the model is randomly divided into groups, inhaling at four divided times within per day. Two weeks later, their acidophil, histological pathology slice, and blood serum IL-4 are tested. Through the contrast of the curability of the four divided times in the day, the best curable time is made clear, and thus the time accuracy of the therapy is achieved. In the clinic experiment, choose 60 patients and divided them into observation group and contrast group. The group for comparing will be treated against inflammation, spasm, and asthma. There should be an reexamine after their leaving hospital for a year. On the observation group for families of children with asthma, the prevention and treatment of the educational system is done once every 2 to 4 weeks thereafter, and timely evaluate the disease levels, and the treatment effects, dosage, adjust and correct mistakes in it to solve the problem. Observe the number of asthma attacks, emergency frequency, the number of hospitalization due to asthma and that of days hospitalized and PEF changes in the year.Results:1.Twice and thrice inhalation per day is more effective than once or four times per day, especially thrice per day. 2.The difference between the contrast group and the observation group was significant (P<0.001>, the number of coming on, emergency, non-attendance and peak expiratory flow (PEF) values are of significant difference compared with the contrast group, which is P<0.001)Conclusion:1.By changing the ways of applying atomized aspiration, it can control and decrease the coming on of Bronchus Asthma, and improve the effect of the aspiration.2.Applying standard and individual system management will be very meaningful to control the condition of disease effectively, improve the features of complying of the aspiration therapy and lighten the burden of family and society.
