Qing Cough And Asthma Granule In Treating Children Asthma At Acute Stage(Heat Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the effect of Qing cough and asthma granule in the treatment of children with acute attack of asthma(asthma of heat syndrome) clinical efficacy, provides the reference for the Chinese medicine standardized treatment scheme of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children.Methods: From 2013 January to 2014 January in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital and Shangdong Province-owned Hospital outpatient department of Pediatrics in 60 cases, are in line with the asthma of heat syndrome of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children patients, divided into treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Pingchuan Granule in treating cough Ching,the control group was only given atomization treatment, treatment for 5 days. Observation of the two groups before treatment, after treatment the main card, single syndrome and laboratory indicators of change, statistical analysis, evaluation of clinical curative effect of two groups of solutions.Results: Comparison of the efficacy of disease in two groups, the treatment group control rate was 90%, control group the control rate of 93.3%, through statistical analysis, no significant difference in curative effect; comparison of TCM syndrome total curative effect, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The treatment group, the main card, single syndrome, laboratory parameters after treatment were lower than before treatment were significantly improved; in control group, asthma, wheeze, cough, expectoration, yellow nose symptoms and laboratory indexes were significantly improved compared with before treatment, pharyngeal red, dry stool, red tongue, Huang Houtai symptoms than before treatment and no significant improvement. After thetreatment of wheezing, wheezing, yellow snot symptoms, the treatment group and the control group no significant difference in efficacy, symptoms of cough, expectoration, significantly better than the control group the treatment group curative effect; FVC, FEV1%, PEFR%, diurnal PEF variation rate, the treatment group and the control group no significant difference in efficacy.Conclusion: Acute attack stage of Qing cough and asthma granule in treating children asthma(asthma hot), the therapeutic effect and lung function can be achieved considerable effect and atomizationinhalation,TCM syndrome, cough ChingPingchuan Granule was superior to that of simple inhalation in the treatment of cough, sputum, pharynx; in red, dry stool, red tongue, Huang Houtai improving is superior to the control group, no significant side effects and clinical application.
