Senile degenerative valvular heart disease (Senile Degenerative Heart Valvular Disease, SDHVD) also known as calcification of elderly heart valve disease, Senile calcification of degenerative valvular heart disease, cardiac calcification syndrome in the elderly. Refers to the original normal valve, or mildly abnormal valve on the basis of age with the growth of connective tissue in heart valve degeneration, fibrosis, thickening and calcification, which led to the valve dysfunction and stent to violations Central aortic valve and the mitral valve was mainly a calcified aortic stenosis and insufficiency, mitral valve and mitral annulus calcification, as well as two joint valve at the same time the valve calcification, and other types, caused serious hemodynamics changes in the elderly has become a heart failure, arrhythmia, syncope and the sudden death of one of the major reasons. With the crowd longevity, aging society and the advent of improved diagnostic techniques, especially echocardiography universal application, senile degenerative valvular heart disease gradually increasing the detection rate. This study aims to explore degenerative valvular heart disease (SDHVD) and the clinical characteristics related factors. Study Methods: 151 cases of heart disease, the cardiac ultrasound examination, and the detection SDHVD69 cases, analysis SDHVD with age and hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, such as the relationship between the disease and its merger morphology, the characteristics of ECG changes . Results: 60 to 69 age group and 70 to 79 age group and more than 70-year-old age group SDHVD detection rate of growth and increase the statistical analysis of the difference was significant (P <0.05). SDHVD with hypertension, coronary heart disease the most, and with blood glucose and lipid abnormalities. The aortic valve lesions Most of the rooms on arrhythmia多见arrhythmia. SDHVD results of this study suggested that the body may be an aging population and other factors arising from the disease, myocardial degeneration and the expansion of cardiac disease, calcification can cause arrhythmia occurred.
