| Rural health is the most important part in our country. To construct and bring up a talented person's troop is the key of developing rural health. Township health centers which improve the medical level and speed the development of rural health work as a hinge of rural health service system. The quality of the township health centers'development directly decides the whole level of rural health. Thus, in order to strengthen the talented person's group, the human resource management of township health centers is the most important point. But the survival and development of township health centers are facing enormous challenge and problem in marking condition, that go with the medical treatment innovation. The gap between the present situation of human resources disposition in our country's township health centers and the requirement of rural health get more and more obviously. So it's urgently need for township health centers to reform human resource disposition, seek for an effective mode, form a activity health human resource disposition.Through systematic research and analysis, the purpose of this thesis is to put forward some beneficial suggestions, which are helpful for solving problems of human resources disposition in township health centers, and also provide referenced basis for the layout and forecast of human resources disposition in township health centers, as well as the innovation of township health centers and rural health of our country.The thesis contains 7 chapters. The first chapter makes a brief introduction of the thesis-choosing background, significance and some researching achievements of Predecessors together with the technical methods used. The second chapter introduces some related theories of public products,public health service,health human resources and the definition of rural health human resources disposition. The third chapter introduces some basic concepts and development history of the township health centers in our country. As one of the important points in this thesis, the fourth chapter systemically data compares and analyses the present situation of human resources disposition in our country's township health centers. Based on the data of the human resources disposition situation of township health centers in the whole country and the situation of some provinces summarizes some present problem of our country's township health centers and analyzes the existing deep reasons. According to the systematic analysis of the fourth chapters, the fifth chapter puts forward several suggestions on solving the problem of the human resources disposition existing in our country's township health centers. Based on the macro-research, the sixth chapter takes the township health centers for Jing Zhou city an example to conduct micro-study on human resources disposition situation in our country's township health centers. |
