Clinical Experience Study Of Treating Migraine Of Professor Fuyu Li

Engaged in medical science for 40 years,professor Fuyu Li,who is well-read, well-thinking,good at inheriting and summarizing predecessors' experience,devoted himself to senile disease and intractable disease.He raised the theory of "poison leads to diseases" Also he administered medical herbs and prescription by global idea.He treated disease depending on symptoms and origin,physically and mentally,food and herbs at the same time. On the basis of traditional theory,he thawed modern medicine idea and technology to Traditional Chinese Medicine.Furthermore he formatted his own especial ideas about Traditional Chinese Medicine gradually by bringing new ideas.According to Professor Fuyu Li's academic experiences in clinical,migraine was studied. Migraine is common disease and frequently encountered disease.It's pathogenesis isn't very identify at present.Western medicine hard to healing well and have many side effect.yet professor Fuyu Li have very good characteristic in treating patients of migraine by using the TCM.The method of Huadutongmai was concluded by analysis of origin,pathogenesis and syndrome of migraine on the basis of TCM ideas and experiences of my director in clinical.Objectives:Observe the efficiency of traditional Chinese drug Tianle capsule on migraine, reveal the mechanism of Huadutongmai in treatment of migraine.Methods:According to related diagnostic criteria,106 migraine patients,who were divided into two groups,were studied.Among them,54 patients were in treatment group and 52 ones were in control group. Patients in treatment group were administered four Tianle capsule every time and thrice a day for 4 months.And patients in control group were administered a sack of Zhengtian pilulae every time and thrice a day.Changes of therapeutic effect,syndrome,ET and NO in blood plasma.Results:There were significant differences between treatment and control group which effective power after treatment was 94.44%and 80.77%respectively(p＜0.05).The symptoms of headache in treatment group were more improved than those in control group(p＜0.05).ET in blood plasma in the two groups before treatment were 98.25±13.73 and 97.69±16.17pg/ml,but they changed to 54.22±7.69 and 78.94±8.37pg/ml after treatment.So the ET in treatment group have more significant differences than those in control group(p＜0.05).NO in blood plasma in the two groups before treatment were 57.24±18.21 and 56.76±19.43μmol/1,but they changed to 90.12±20.08 and 69.32±19.08μmol/1 after treatment.So the NO in treatment group have also more significant differences than those in control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Tianle capsule have definite curative effect in treating patients of migraine.It can effectively valid control the degree,duration and episode frequency of headache by ways of decreasing the level of ET,raising the level of NO,regulating vasomotor function,relieving vasospasm and ameliorating cerebral blood flow and etc.
